Standard Terms and Conditions

The Auscol Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all service agreements. They set out the terms under which we provide our services and outline the obligations and expectations for both parties. Please take a moment to review these terms.

If you signed a Service Agreement before 1 October 2025 the Auscol Services you receive are governed by the terms here:

ISCC Declaration

The self-declarations for deliveries of used cooking oil on this page are a valid part of the Service Agreement between Auscol and its customers. The self-declaration will be presented to the customer either within the Service Agreement or within the terms and conditions. If the self-declaration is part of the written Service Agreement, it shall be considered to be accepted from the effective date of the Service Agreement. If the self-declaration is included in the terms and conditions, then it shall be considered to be accepted if the customer does not submit an objection to Auscol within 14 days after the terms and conditions have been presented to them. If the customer does not object, this will be considered as an agreement to the terms and conditions. The self-declarations will be considered to be accepted after the 14 days have passed.
